For some reason gummies provide more effects on a per mg basis compared to tinctures. Sadly, this stuff is so person-dependent that we all have to sneak up on our most effective dosage. Like 10mg of CBD isolate was plenty for me at first and others report they need 200mg to feel anything.

Just a side note here, 0.3% can add up to a lot of THC in products that have a lot of oil or non CBD ingredients like tinctures or gummies. I think somewhere around 75mg of THC can fit in a 30ml tincture bottle and still remain compliant at 0.3% THC or less.

I think I will try a CBD isolate next if the full spectrum stuff continues to be subpar for my anxiety. I was in the same boat. I was a daily pot smoker for decades, then something clicked and I couldn't smoke any more (maybe 2015 or so). CBD sometimes helped with the paranoia but not always. I just stopped using. Anyway I am back on the THC train, i just have to have it with CBG and CBD. 10:10:1 (CBG:CBD:THC) is perfect.
